Putting People to Work

One of my most memorable moments in my recruiting career was when I identified a candidate, who had been unemployed and I was able to find him a role within the organization. The biggest win of all was that he too was a Veteran! 

I thrive on giving someone a chance and I also enjoy speaking with Veterans and learning about their background and how it would relate to a civilian role.
